By leaving your pet in our care - you automatically are accepting and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

All rabbits must have up to date vaccinations for VHD2 and myxomatosis.

Your rabbit/ guinea pig will not mix with any other guests throughout their stay except their bonded partner.

We take every step possible to avoid guests becoming victims to flystrike. Runs are cleaned daily and guests checked regularly. We will not be held liable should your pet become victim of flystrike.

 

All pets boarding with us must be in good health and parasite free. We do not mind guests who have pre-existing medical conditions requiring medication, as long as this has been discussed and agreed prior to arrival.

 

We do not cater for giant breeds of rabbit.

 

If your pet becomes ill during their stay we will inform you immediately. If your pet requires medical attention we will transport free of charge. Any medical bills afterwards are payable by you, the owner. We accept no liability if your pet becomes ill or passes away during their stay.

All pets must be checked on departure. No claims can be made against Rabbit Retreat after their departure.

 

Payment - must be made in full on arrival- this can be made via paypal or bank transfer.

Cancellation of your booking may incur a £10.00 cancellation fee if adequate notice is not given.

 

Daily updates and photos are set you you, the owner, daily via your preferred method of contact.
